What sets our plan apart from the rest is that even before we have you start up on exercises, we first look at everyday potential causes of your neck pain and then release targeted muscle groups before strengthening and activating others.
For instance, if there’s something in the way that you are sleeping or sitting for 8+ hours a day that is causing your neck pain, it doesn’t matter what other exercises or supplements you take, the root cause of your knee pain will still be there day in and day out.
We’ll take you step by step in a very straightforward 3 week process.
