What sets our plan apart from the rest is that even before you start up on exercises, we first look at the everyday potential causes of your back pain and then releasing targeted muscle groups before strengthening and activating others.
For instance, if there’s something in the way that you are sleeping or working for 8+ hours a day that is causing your back pain, it doesn’t matter what other exercises or supplements you take, the root cause of your back pain will still be there and your pain will be recurring.
We’ll take you step by step in a very straightforward 6 week process.
