Before you embark on this, or any other treatment program, please consult with a medical professional to rule out any fracture, tears or autoimmune conditions. 

Then, it becomes very important to NOT exercise your foot while it’s in an inflammatory condition until after the inflammation is reduced.  

In the first week of treatment, we concentrate on reducing the inflammatory condition in your foot BEFORE we embark on any kind of exercise program.

Really pay attention to the BRICE video, to learn what is “active rest” : what is a good amount of activity for your foot and what is continuing to worsen your condition.

Icing, bracing, orthotics and supplements can help also.

Then we’ll look at fundamentals : if there’s something in the way you’re standing or walking that is causing your foot pain, if we don’t fix that first, it won’t matter what other therapies we might do, the root causes of your foot pain will still be there.

We’ll take you step by step in a very straightforward 4 week process.
